Yes, it's time for the last Dream Valley Challenge of 2012! Because it's such a busy time of year, this challenge is open for an entire month. The theme is Christmas and we have Four Sponsors offering prizes!!!
Well, I thought I'd do something a little different, so here are some tags. They're really quick and easy, which is a good thing because I need 27 of them!!
The base is a Nestabilities circle - not the biggest shape but the next one down. The scalloped red mat and the smaller white circle are also Nesties.
The holly leaves are cut with a Whiff of Joy die, using pearlised green card. I wish I knew where it came from - it's what was left over a couple of years ago when we cut out a mahoosive Prayer Tree at Sunday School, and now I'm running out!
The berries are white card candi coloured with a CT4 Spectrum Noir. I then put some Glossy Accents on top and sprinkled with Glamour Dust.
The ties are all recycled from articles of clothing! I just glued the ends to the largest circle and covered them with the scallops to hide them. Simples!
Do hop across to have a look at my teamies' inspiring work and remember, even if you can't manage to make a card before Christmas, you can always make a start on next year's!!
I'm entering Pixie's Crafty Snippets Challenge 50 since everything except the berries has been made from snippets yee-haw!
Thanks for looking! Stay warm!

These are just adorable, Mags! Lots of room to write to the "to" and "from" ... love it!! TFTI!
Super tags. With a little bit of alteration these could be both snowballs and Christmas puddings. As you say quick and easy peasy to make when time is running short. Hugs Mrs A.
p.s. couldn't run me up 50 or so cards could you!!!

Love these tags. The holly looks lovely and plenty of room left to write your message. Much more ornate than mine are going to be.

Hi Mags
Great little tags .. .. the girls did circular ones yesterday.
You asked what I had used to cut my labels. It is a Sizzix Die which I haven't been able to find after searching for it for ages for a crafty little fried last year.
I will let you have the number though so that you can have a little search yourself in case anyone is parting with one.
Love Jules xx

Hi Mags
I found the number of the die for you.
It is an old Sizzix Originals and the number is 654680.
Hope you manage to find one.
Have a lovely day and stay warm.

Fab tags Mags! I need to spend an evening making some of these!
Brilliant tags, Mags. Like the use of ribbon from clothing ... I think all we crafters must snip these off and re-use them :) Elizabeth xx
