Hi, guys! Our new theme at Craft Challenge is Create Your Own Embellishment! For my card i used a lovely image by Sponsor Nikki Burnette, this is Adeline I coloured her with Promarkers, I loved colouring the folds on her outfit, and added Wink of Stella to the butterflies' wings. I used punches by Woodware, which are many years old, to make the daisies: I punched the bottom layers from gingham papers and the top layers from plain pink papers (both of which were SNIPPETS) and then layered them and added gold stickles in the centres - those were my DIY embellishmants. The leaves are punched from a snippet of turquoise card. I also added a strip of white ribbon, too. Our sponsor Nikki Burnette Thanks for looking! love Mags B x

Hiya, lads and lasses! It's a glorious sunny day here in S-E Hertfordshire, Spring has well and truly sprung! Easter is approaching fast, but of course not everyone celebrates it, so at My Time to Craft we have two themes to choose from: Woodland Animals or Easter. I made an Easter card, using die-cuts. The Tattered Lace Small Cross Die was cut from white card and glued directly onto some gorgeous textured paper by First Edition. It's from a pad called 'Spring Drop' which is sadly out of print. The oval was glued directly onto white card cut with a Spellbinders' Elegant Ovals That is raised on foam pads. I did the same with the next layer, too. Finally I added 5 tiny green gems and rounded the top corner.  I really need to get out my dies more often! Go and see my teamies' gorgeous creations and join in the fun! Hiya! Our new Challenge at CRAFT Challenge is simply to Add a Charm to your creation. This beautiful image is Ladybug Carnation from sponsor Sami Stamps .  I used papers by Nitwits called Bonnets'n'Bowties Too . The bakers twine and leaf charm are from stash. Hi, guys! Welcome to the second Challenge at The Holly and Ivy Christmas Challenge. I have used my favourite Santa image, this is a cling stamp by Penny Black called Antique Santa . The gold mat is made with a Spellbinders Fleur de Lis Rectangles die and the background paper is from an old pad by Papermania. The stars are from Paperchase and the ribbon is from stash. I'm so sorry this is a day late! Our new Challenge at Dream Valley is Fantasy. Our sponsor is Beccy's Place and I used this fabulous Dragon Design done by Beccy's daughter when she was 12! I think you'll agree that it's amazing! I've been re-playing a videogame that includes Leviathan, a water-dragon, and although it looks more snaky than this one, I thought I'd use blues and make a 'watery' background. I used Ranger alcohol inks on photo paper, since I can't find my glossy cardstock - it worked ok, but the paper soaked up quite a lot of the ink and dried very quickly, so I don't recommend photo paper at all! The frame round the dragon is a Die-namics Stitched Oval Scalloped Frame Die cut from pearlised card. The pearls are made with a blue and a green pearl pen. The birthday sentiment is from Sentiment Sampler by Paper Smooches and has been gold-embossed. I added Clear Wink of Stella to Leviathan's wings. Have a fantas

I added folds to her pretty gown with my Copics and I'm rather pleased how it turned out! I added clear Wink of Stella to her wings, halo and star. The papers are from Nitwits' Still Joyful Hearts digi papers. The sentiment is by Lawn Fawn from the Ready, Set, Snow stamp set. Our new CRAFT Challenge has a theme of Easter/Spring. I used CU Rabbit Parka 6 by sponsor Scrappers Delights to make a scene. I used Broken China Distress Ink and a hand-cut paper mask to make the sky background. The grass is cut from a snippet with a Lawn Fawn Meadow Meadow Borders die. Good morning! There's Exciting News this morning - a brand new Challenge blog! The Holly and Ivy Christmas Challenge is a fortnightly Tuesday Challenge, whose theme is Christmas and always Anything Goes! I'm on the Design Team!! For my first card I have used an old Whiff of Joy rubber stamp, Willow with Candle. It's by the talented Elisabeth Bell: many of her images are now available as digis from Elisabeth Bell , but unfortunately not this one. Please read the terms and conditions very carefully. Here is my card: I layered some old Christmas paper on gold and green card, and cut the Spellbinders die from the same gold card. The poinsettia is an old Marianne die, I embossed it and rubbed some Nuvo Embellishing Mouse over the raised veins. The holly leaves are also an old Marianne die, cut from a scrap of pearlised green card. The gold-embossed sentiment is by Altenew. I added gold-coloured gems from my stash. The papers are from Echo Park's A Boy's Life 6 x 6 pad. I used silver mirri card for the mats, the round one is done with a Spellbinders Lacey Circles die.
